Established in 1992 primarily as a grading contractor completing private and public works projects. Projects expanded to include commercial, military, and industrial.

Our services have expanded as the needs of our projects have. Underground utilities including sewer, water and storm systems were added to facilitate customer needs. Later paving and aggregate materials were added to our services. In 2007 we added asphalt to our services and products.

In 2007, we added hot mix asphalt to our services. Our Heber facility asphalt plant began production and continues to produce quality hot mix aspahlt to the Imperial Valley Market

In 2008, we added Asphalt Maintenance to our services. This incudes Seal Coating, Hot Asphalt Crack Filler and Striping. It is our intention to supply customers with the best products and services available.
